it has average performance from my experience, at least the EDP does. not a powerhouse, but definitely much better than some other Laliques like, say, Encre Noire Sport or Equus. if those are 3 hour performers, this would be 6 hours, but I don't like talking about specific hour values, too subjective
the scent itself is really nice if you like this sort of sandalwood aromatic barbershop genre. it's definitely on the creamy and powdery side of this profile, I find it really calming, without the spiciness or animalic elements you can find in some others. it is a classy scent too. I'm sure some will find the aromatics too sharp or the drydown too powdery though

yeah, it's very nice. probably my favorite of the woody barbershop scents like Zino or Heritage. it's softer and more laid-back than the others, maybe a bit more modern-smelling.

It just hit me that this is what Aslan from Narnia would smell like. regal yet soothing. the bottle design is on point.

it's a really classy, softer, understated take on this genre that feels more modern to me than Zino or Heritage. maybe it's the creamy, powdery sandalwood and vanilla heavy drydown, which is just universally pleasant or maybe it's the lack of any dirty or smoky notes, old school spices, heavy amounts of oakmoss etc.

it's just great, Maurice Roucel did an amazing job on making something classic yet timeless. hard to believe you can get this for 20$. I like the bottle as well. I got the EDP for better performance. I do wonder what it would smell like with more citrus though, not sure if the EDT makes a noticable difference

I gave away my decant of Lalique Pour Homme to a friend, but I find myself missing it now. should I cop a bottle? I remember it smelled a bit too mature for me to wear out, but I found it very calming for just lounging around. I actually liked it more than Heritage, despite the very low price. maybe I could use a barbershop classic like that in my collection...

man, Lalique Pour homme is so comfy it's crazy... oddly comforting scent
