For a start I wouldn't risk using a donor movement that wasn't the same as the one you're replacing, who knows if it'll fit in the case, and if the spacer rings can be swapped, and if the hands will be able to be transferred.

So find the movement number, and when it was made and then go here

Download the catalogue that corresponds to when your watch was made and you should find numerous watches that use the same movement. Hopefully finding a working donor shouldn't be too difficult.

As an example my penis quartz uses a 5856 and is from 1978. The catalogue from that year shows 37 models that use the same movement.
