Fat fuck here. I'm 5' 10" and 158-lbs. I'm slowly dropping but not very fast. How the fuck do you guys eat so little and operate? I need to cut out another 300kcal to keep going down but not sure where to cut from where I'll not be starving. I know I should just be starving but, I'm working hard and need something to keep me concentrating.

Here is my diet
Breakfast
>430kcal of the finest Cheerios + skim milk

Lunch
>Salad with chicken, 600kcal or so

Dinner
>Sushi and a beer, probably 600kcal worth of food and another 150kcal from beer.

I'm under my TDEE but not by enough, I'm losing like 3lbs per month rather than 1 per week.
