I have OCD and it manifests a lot in my eating habits.
My diet is restricted to a handful of "safe foods". Which also happen to be fairly unhealthy.
I also do things like always use the same plate and the same knife and fork.
I'm also generally just very picky about what I eat. I just don't like most food that is healthy and I have a very sweet tooth.

Basically I'm stuck in a routine and it's very hard to break out of.

It feels kind of embarrassing though.
I never want to be one of those fat old men you see crossdressing in movies.

Water is the only thing I drink. I just don't drink enough of it.
I'm working on the lower calorie thing.
