Agree. For that anon though, I'd rather have a short torso and long legs versus a long torso and short legs. At that point it's just about dressing in a certain way.

I have a pear shaped body, which isn't as good as an hourglass figure but it's clearly the next best option even if I hate my thighs, because who the fuck wants to be a top heavy apple shaped girl? Plus I like having a flatter chest.

Well, do you exercise? What's your diet usually look like, both calorie-wise and quality wise? Do you get good nutrition and protein?

If you actually do exercise and eat enough protein and calories, you could be putting on some muscle. Start measuring yourself for more accurate tracking.

How early do you eat breakfast? I find that a later breakfast (11 AM - 1 PM ish) has me feeling better, I can last quite a while when I wake up on a cup of tea or coffee.

What kind of oatmeal do you eat? Steel cut is probably the best and instant is the worst, but still a decent choice.

What kind of dressing in the salad? What do you put in the salads? What kind of soups? Do you get enough protein? Take a multivitamin?
