Carrots aren't too much. I use them to practice eating slowly. I used to think it was okay to binge on carrots, so I'd frequently chug up to 5 large carrots mindlessly. But it's just stupid because it's basically conditioning my stomach (and my way of eating) to be able to take in any large volumes rapidly.. so it's a way to enable bingeing. It seems so stupid to do when you look at it like that. So I'd rather not eat *anything* fast. What's the point in mindless eating anyway?
