I've seen davosa a couple of times. When is a Sub homage no longer a sub homage ?

This one has different hands, dial indices, a HE value obviously inspired from seamaster. Bezel edge is different. I really like it, not sure how worth the ~€800 it is thought

Sub homagespiss me and it's off not that they are a homage. Some are so well made and good looking. if they just used some different hands and different bezels it would be a really great watch in it's own right. They are like 80% of the way to be a respectable brand.
