That's right my friend, I'm. Thank you for the welcoming.

There is a complication in high horlogery called "seconde morte" in wich the seconds hand jumps from one second index to the next thus, to untrained eyes, looks like a regular quartz hand, although it was created to improve timekeeping. I actually want to get one of those from F.P. Journe. and the thing is, if you know why your watch is special, the lack of sweeping hand will never bother you.

German style bridges are quite common in high horlogery, my Lange and Glashütte Original use them, as well as several other and independents. Also, my movement is heavenly modified and finished, with waaay better anglage, perlage, côtes de Genève, and both escapement bridge and balance cock entirely made of gold. And you can observe all of this, like this anon >>10607048 pointed out.

look for smaller diameters in watches. There are gorgeous 32-38 mm watches in the vintage market and if someone asks you why your watch is small you can tell them some bs about how it is antique and blablabla.
Plus it'll be cheaper and won't look bad on you.

it depends
