I'm feeling very bad these days

I am 18 and I cannot sleep since three weeks, my hands are shaking, I cannot eat very much (sometimes I do not eat at all), I am anxious as fuck, my stomach hurts, I'm aggressive. I'm apapethic, I have no feelings
Usually I sleep 4-5 hours per night, actually something like 2-4 hours
Two weeks ago I had a panic attack, it felt like I was dying. It was oppressive, it felt like all people were watching me and mocking me. It lasted approximately one hour

I'm in love with another boy, I felt in love with him at the first sight. I approached him last week and we hanged out together multiple times. Monday, we almost kissed but he was blocked by something, he told me he was traumatized by something he lived. He explained to me he hates love and cannot tell me why. Tonight he told me he cannot make it and our relation was impossible. He fears people's judgement

Yesterday was horrible. I was terribly sad and anxious. I spent the night crying, drinking tequila and reading Junky in order to forget my pain.
Today I spoke with a friend of mine who have a similar problem and we are planning on leaving our town some days and hitchhiking to another city, without telling anyone. We do not know where we are going and why.

Gotta agree with this dude, let's try to build up a shit ton of content before we start new threads. Appreciate OP's work but we should try to get like 50 images at least for each new thread. I don't have much new shit to contribute but I'm looking for more attainable desert garments for the next round of the guide.
