I think I'm losing my hair. The process might have only started a few months ago. I'm getting really fucking worried.

If I count every individual strand of loose hair I can in the shower by rubbing my hands through my hair and counting what comes off until nothing's there, I can lose 50-150. Just massaging my hair with my fingers and washing it with water only today, I lost about 96. With shampoo/conditioner I lose ~150. When I wake up I can have anywhere between 10-30 strands of hair on my pillow.

So far I can't say there's any noticeable changes in my hair yet (anything I'm seeing now has most likely always been there and I'm just paranoid) but it's not looking good.

Any chance I'm not balding or should I off myself now?
