Hedi Slimane's clothing is meant for those who are cadaverous, leaning on the taller side. Shorter, most importantly fatter people wearing Saint Laurent, are bound to look ridiculous. That shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. And it shouldn't be used as a point of critique. With women, I suppose it's a bit different due to their naturally smaller framed, thinner builds.

I agree with you, though. There's a reason Hedi's models, male or female, are skinny. Losing weight is one of the easiest things in the world, too. There's no real excuse. People act as if it's some triumph of will - when all it takes is to not be a gluttonous pig.

same chileanon here, lots of pastas, white rice, potatoes and meats. we also eat empanadas, as the other anon said, although mostly during september, since our independence day is on the 18th, and we celebrate with our stuff.
fortunately in my case, as I'm in uni and my family is cold and each to their own, we don't have many meals together, and I can skip every lunch from monday to friday, and even evening meals if I'm in a mood.
