looking for my first watch that I can wear with as many outfits as possible

but wouldnt mind going for a cheaper <100€ option as my first watch

nothing too fancy or flashy but would like something tasteful (even though I know what is and what isnt tasteful is highly subjective)
maybe a metallic case with a black watch face and ether metallic or black leather band

little over 7", so based on the guide I'm looking for around 38-40mm in diameter I think
