A few weeks ago I asked about boots in Tokyo.

I'm guessing most of you guys know about Tricker's which is what one of you suggested..
What I want to know is if any of you are aware of the collaborations Tricker's does, or rather, I guess Tricker's "makes"(?) boots for other brand names to sell/distribute.
In East Asia, particularly in Japan and South Korea, QUILP seems to be one of these distributors(?).

The prices are almost exactly the same - above 500 sterling, and with import fees in Japan, this goes up to 600-800 brand new.
Everything else is the same too, from the handwritten size and model numbers inside the shoe, to the blue box and everything inside the packaging.
The only difference is that, these models/styles are exclusive to these distributors.

Question is, does the quality(build and materials) take a huge hit?
I was thinking that maybe these "collaborations" are Tricker's B-stock which they don't want to put on their own shelves.
