I was 145lbs 6'3, so pretty much your weight and I could do it so you can to. Eating is hard at the beginning but it gets easier as your energy needs go up from training. I can now eat 3500 calories pretty easily. I didn't even train super consistently and I still made gains.

Don't worry about eating good carbs and bad carbs and all that bullshit, just eat anything and as much as you can and focus on at least 150g of protein a day for starters.
