How can I get darker circles under my eyes for heroinchic?

Like the two guys on the left, but even more exaggerated. It's impossible to find any info on how to actually darken them, just to do the opposite of what it says in articles to remove them, which is to basically have a shit diet, poor sleep, and do drugs. Well I do all that and I still want them a bit darker.

Anyone tried to do this?
