Be warned though. The actual zips are plastic. The metal hardware is a really nice color for the pack but I wish more than just the zippers and strap adjusters were metal. To reiterate, the zips, the part that locks and closes up, is plastic. The fingerpiece for pulling the zipper is metal and it looks pretty nice.

The texture of the canvas is really nice imo. Undecided what I want to do about the red stitching across the front. I think it would look way better without it. Gonna take a close look and see if it can be safely removed with a seam ripper.
