Hey friends. I need to vent.
>be me
>spend the past couple weeks being incredibly healthy
>eat impeccably, maintain a solid deficit, exercise regularly
>drop several pounds and be on a roll
>fuckyeah.jpg
>go on vacation with a few friends
>maintain diet and limit drinking at first, but then lose control and get way too hammered, eat out a couple times
>come home last night fucking craving food
>don't have a lot of options at home, but max out on peanut butter and honey mixed with oats, salad with waay too much dressing, restaurant leftovers
>feeling chubby and bloated and afraid to weigh myself this morning

At least I feel capable of getting back to my diet as of today, but I set myself back and feel like shit. Also, I haven't taken a proper shit in a couple days. How to stimulate one so I can psychologically reset my system? Someone please tell me how I can make myself have to poop.

Sorry so long, but I figure this is a safe place to share/ask.
