Can we make effay more gentle? I think we come off as so intimidating to new folks sometimes that we just don't have the content or community that we could have if we were just a little more decent to each other. Like when someone looks basic af make some recommendations and let them know what they did right too. People keep bitching about how effay sux now but then put no effort into growing a community. Shit doesn't just spring up over night you gotta grow it. Boost people up instead of tearing them down and they'll have more confidence to share and grow and make the good content you bitch about not seeing.
