I went to a boarding school with a 30% asian population (mostly chinese and korean)

Dont get me started on their hygiene and behavior but their consumerism is wild. Decked out in Gucci and LV they will buy anything that says an expensive brand (Versace phone case, givenchi laptop case, ferarri and lambo shit) They buy stupid shit for social status.

The worst offender was this vietnamese kid. He brought to class a $12k alligator backpack to calss everyday. (He liked to remind everyone it cost 12 grand) He wore tons of designer sneakers straight from the runway that looked like shit and he knew it. He only wore them to tell people what they cost and to talk about how much extra it cost to wear sneakers that look like sonic the hedgehog.
