Saw this in a similar thread earlier this week. Love everything about it. Seriously considering making this the inspo for my first tattoo.

Btw, how would I go about it? Do I just go in and say, "I want something like this," and let them have at it, or should I show them a few ideas to let them get a feel for what I want?
