Looks like he stole it from Seiko and then filed off some of the inside to make it fit (look at the inside tip of the triangle). That said, it actually looks pretty great. Assuming it really is just an original SKX007 bezel then you can buy those from Dagaz or probably anywhere else that sells parts for modding 007s.
