i am 5'5", 98.2 lbs without food weight, 99.4-6 with
currently trying to allow myself to maintain but i also want to be 95 lbs

bmi is a steady 16.5
can't make myself eat, i feel guilty when i have more than 350 calories without alcohol (the only way i can get more than 500 calories in me)
but i'm trying to work up to 500 calories a day rn
