They can, but those 2 look like an ugly mess. Also I think the Chelsea cut is fucking horrendous. A classic Bob looks better with the style, or other variations of short-medium girls haircuts. These girls are at least much better looking, but even so I feel like wearing the full outfit all together in the modern day looks like a corny costume. Like male skinhead fashion, I think it works best when just taking elements from it. Variations on the classic hairstyles, ditching braces altogether in favor of belts, avoiding button ups unless you're wearing cords or trousers, or a skirt for girls. Infacts the button ups might always look dumb on girls. Either gender can look good in sweaters, band tees tucked in, or retro style tees like ringer tees and striped tees. Girls can look good in vintage dresses. Wearing docs/solovairs is fine, but girls can also look good in low profile sneakers, or those low profile dress shoes that girls wear (not the Dr. Martens kind) Men can also look good in other types of work or combat boots, low profile sneakers, or loafers. Nylon bombers look like shit with the rest of the look in my opinion. Harringtons look fine but may be too on the nose. Jean jackets are great, I always look for vintage ones just for qualities sake. Also leather jackets that aren't Brando jackets, wool coats, and sheepskin coats. A little 70s flavor is good on the outerwear. Especially for Girls, there's a whole world of 70s style coats and jackets I don't know the name of. Well cut suede jackets with a wool collar, etc., Etc. Screen cap my post.
