their fits and conversation is exactly what i expect from reddit, it's the weird consensus among them that they're actually on trend that weirds me out. a "valued advice giver" said today that she was "late to skinny jeans, and without reddit she wouldn't have known wide leg was currently in", that's crazy that someone lauded in their fashion community could be /that/ far behind in trends, looking at the cover of "women's health" magazine is more cutting edge than their fashion sub that they think is "real"

once again, i have no issue with them being a bunch of dumpy midwesterners that like to talk about clothing, but "they" also did an analysis of the met gala and think they're a hot spot of female trends, it's really strange
