I remember a time when 'Thick' suggested that a woman had a good muscle base (not roided) from exercise lined with healthy layer of fat.

Now it is just label for overweight lazy women who do not exercise. It makes them feel good as they squeeze into clothing too small for them, thus filling them out. This gives off the impression that they are thick or meaty.

And for pathetic males to feel better about being attracted to an inferior woman who does not take care of herself.
