diet might have something to do with getting it in the first place but if it's already there changing diet wont make it go away ime
if you have acne just go to a dermatologist, all the homebrew or otc shit does not work and is a waste of time/money
few weeks of antibiotics followed by 6 weeks low dosage isotretinoin (accutane) have removed all inflammation, pimples and blackheads from my skin
