I need casual shoes because I'm a Prep teacher who runs after kids who don't listen.

Can't choose bw these two.
I'd use it mainly with shorts or black pants/jeans.
Shorts colors vary as I have pink purple, tan, black, olive green.
Even if I expand my short library, what's a good versatile color and appropriate for work?
