I've let myself go about half a year ago and gained alot of weight, mostly from binging after drinking and the drinking itself. 4 weeks ago I stopped drinking any alcohol and started to exclusively drink liquid food replacement. The first week and a half was terrible even though I had pretty high caloric intake, probably because my body was getting used to lower carb intake (constant dizzyness, constant drinking-pissing, constant headache). After that it got pretty good so I started to lower daily caloric intakes. Nowadays I eat(drink) 400-600 cal and I'm at least functional at work.
Pic related is my progress since I started, I started weighing myself only after two weeks.
I hope to get at least to 55kg this way. I don't eat anything else and only drink black coffee and water (and one time I bought sugar-free cola, which made me feel alot better surprisingly).
