Just count calories & stay under 1000 cal or 800 cal if you're up to the challenge. Putting a limit of calories & counting calories has worked for a lot of /fa/ms & gulls.

The Jap fashion general, palewave and normcore threads have androgyneous normal basic stuff thats why I thought these could help you. But I guess nope.
