I love Amy Revier so so very much. I know she chooses to consider herself an Artist instead of a fashion designer and I appreciate that. Her start to finish methodology and the 'slow' work and lifestyle she's adopted are a big inspiration for me.

I have a friend who is a textile artist working toward something similar, growing her own plants for dyes. That level of dedication to your work is fantastic and I think the one-off or limited nature of that kind of work is great. Each piece is unique and it really is more like art.
