I'm looking for a good, relatively cheap hair place. What do you guys use?

How do I style my hair like this?

so im 18y/o and already have a terribly bad
receding hairline which basically forces me
to go somewhat greek-god-statue
like-ceasar-cut. however my hair also is a
lot more dry and damaged in the front than
in the back.
i already tried no poo for 4 month and it
worked out "alright" i guess until i
accidentally used poo while showering and
realized afterwards that the texture looks
way cleaner and better using poo (i am
now pooing it once/week).
