to elaborate on where I think it goes wrong.

Glasses too big for face

Sleeves are rolled in a weird way and too a weird length.

Don't like the cut of the shirt on the front, visible seam is sort of a western look and this feels more fall to me.

Belt's okay, not really a great match to the boots. A bit wide.

The skirt is what the fit is built around. Normal people would see it as a bit quirky and retro (as opposed to faceless strangers on the internet who would classify it as tumblry, reddity, art hoe, etc). The issue Is the skirt is baggy and creased in the front. I think it's a bit too long on her. I also think the orange color doesn't work well with her outfit, Would prefer to see it in a dark brown or alternatively for her to change the boots.

Leggings are whatever

Boots are on theme and nice but not a color match.

I think fall theme, orange/red colors, plaid outfits can work look nice (see attached) but I don't think it succeeds here
