Your shoes are brown. Brown is an earth tone. Earth tones go with the following:

Your shoes are clean casual. They are best used in casual outfits or to dress down smart casual. It will be difficult to wear them with a sport coat or blazer, so avoid such things unless you know exactly what you are doing. Cardigans or other sweaters are acceptable, or a field coat or parka of a subdued nature in inclement weather. Denim jackets will work as long as the jacket is noticeably lighter than the jeans, but should this prove unattainable, then the substitution of jeans for chinos is acceptable. I should be inclined to think that a pleasant brown leather jacket would work, however, the importance of the jacket's pleasantness should not be understated: an excess of zips or buckles is risky. Shearling jackets would prove suitable.

It's up to you man, I wear lots of different types of shoes with my raws - but it depends on what cut they're in.

Slim or skinny with heavy taper seems to be much more versatile, regular cut only seems to work with boots imo.

I wear hi top, low top sneakers and boots with mine and they all work pretty well
