probably started off really fat (see stretch marks)
low test due to being fat and having a restrictive diet
might not train hard and intelligently
might have some amount of muscle like in the legs hidden underneath the fat (low bodyfat, tan, lighting, angles/photoshop are important for aesthetics)
also you can't expect too much from 2 years of natty lifting, you won't look like the black and white pic without roids
