This should be top priority for the socially awkward (80% of 4chan). Girls, actually society in general, won't take too kindly to those who cannot communicate effectively. Even introverts can be great conversationalists, despite 4chan's impression that introverts are doomed to a lifetime of failed interactions.

Damn straight. Nobody will look twice at some average looking skinnyfat dude that's unkempt. If you take care of yourself, people will notice it and appreciate it.

All of this sounds like basic advice that has been rehashed a million times over, but it's mind-boggling how people seem to forget this.
