Medics didn't have any specific boots. If American they would have worn the Type I or Type II service shoe, or the combat service boots, which are the ones with the double buckle. Germans would have worn either jackboots or low boots. All of those you can get at At The Front or SM Wholesale. I got a pair of British ammunition boots for winter, the quality is really good. Both companies' boots are handmade in America.
