im the guy whos having trouble with my Yema minute subdial. so i got the ticket to send it in for a repair but honestly, should i send it back? what are your thoughts?

the minute subdial wont reset to zero, the second hand works fine. ive calibrated it aswell but nothing. was hoping maybe you guys could help me out. im talking to customer support now, they said they'll get back to me later this week.
