Usually what we do is I'll buy her an athletic swimsuit, either one piece or bikini, and cut the lining out. Fairly modest from afar but revealing up close. I usually go with lighter colors, obviously, but blue board. The athletic swimsuit thing is due to my tastes, since I swam in HS.

Last time we were on a secluded beach i just had her wear panties as swim bottoms. They become sheer when wet and they aren't as elastic so they hang off.
