Listen to me very closely if you really care:

1.Stop eating because you think it's time for breakfast/lunch/dinner even though you aren't really hungry. Eat ONLY when you're hungry. For me this is 1,5 meals a day.

2. STOP eating because "it tastes good". Eating is not a pastime, it's the nourishment of your body. Eat exclusively things that your body needs. ie no "i'll eat this bag of chips because they taste so good!", if it ain't good for you, learn to avoid it and learn to NOT NEED IT

3. Primarilly drink ONLY water. Tea, coffee, some fruit juices (natural, check out sugar levels) are accepted. STOP DRINKING SODA RIGHT FUCKING NOW.
