Tell your family you want first class next time, I don't see a priority sticker on that bag. And what's with the shitty hotel? It's not downtown? :^)

Did they fly with you to check you in, or did you go alone?

>they'll probably make me gain to around 120,
How long will you stay there? I mean to go from 100 to 120 would take a while even if you ate a bunch!

a) use mfp to count calories
b) calculate your tdee (mfp can do it, but use https://tdeecalculator.net/ to try different numbers) and aim for 500kcal less, but don't go below 1100kcal imo.
c) use http://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php to find out the rate that you'll lose at various calorie counts, and then adjust to what you can sustain and meet your goals.
d) learn that the feeling of hunger is what losing weight feels like - once you can enjoy that feeling it all gets pretty easy.
e) be patient, losing weight takes time
f) opinions will differ, but most would agree steady is the best way. don't starve too much because you'll end up binging. it's all about finding the right balance that you can manage.
g) lurk, post thinspo, shitpost, and help others in this thread - keep it on your phone, and on your computer, as a constant reminder of your goals
h) weigh yourself every morning upon waking. your weight will fluctuate with water, don't take daily numbers too seriously. every sunday average the weights from that week to find what your actual weight is. (add them up, divide by 7)
i) don't get discouraged if you have a bad week, plateaus, screwups, and whatever are just part of the deal. it's a marathon not a sprint.
j) put your health first, nothing wrong with eating low calories and restricting provided you don't do things that compromise your health. be conscious that you are getting your vitamins, and consider taking a multi vitamin to boost yourself while at a caloric deficit
