I have these little holes all over my face, they're like little needle pokes. They're not too noticeable from afar, they blend well with the freckles, but up close they look exactly like what they are, little holes in my face.

If I were to squeeze my face shit comes out too, like puss from a pimple. Not much but some does come out. Is there a name for this shit and can I get rid of it?
