My top 2 middle teeth were crooked ("buck teefz"), I didn't get Invisalign until medical school.

Currently 2nd year med school, my acne is coming back, I look like a fucking pimply 15 year-old. Definitely wanna do the 'tane or something to be more "marketable" as a professional, etc.

Also, the ladies.

I'm exactly your height.

I got online MTM + tailoring, but online MTM was a horrible experience, and would not recommend. This was Indochino's 4th attempt, very inconsistent and their tailors never do what I asked for.

Yes since I'm short I like taper to 11.5"-12".

Most "skinny" or "super skinny" don't even go that skinny, they go down to like 12.5". For a tall 6'0 person this is porportional, but on a 5'7 person 12.5" hem just looks like "straight fit" instead of "skinny".

So I buy "skinny" jeans and taper the hem myself, just the outside hem, since it's only a small fraction of an inch and doesn't significantly twist the legs around in any way.

I wish they were made like this though, can be found, but rare. H&M "Skinny Low" (mens, not womens section, they have the same name but diff fit) work pretty well in this regard.

5'7" here, I've been posting the same shit for like 6 years on /fa/ now so I'll make a cumpilation I can just upload each time someone asks "how to manlet fashunz" but basically

-get everything tailored
-try every brand you can find to get those rare items which are suitable (i.e. really cropped jacket)
-don't be afraid of kids sizes, especially Levis Boys Skinny jawnz
-shrink wool/cotton in the wash/dry
-maintain good proportions
