From what I gather after visiting their website, they are a typical a dime a dozen microbrand watchmaker that sprung up in the last decade, each playing upon a niche heritage. In their case italian styling and...whateverthefuck. They commissioned a bunch of cases to China, bought a bunch of movements (made in China or Malaysia), slapped them together (in China), got some straps "Made in Italy" if at all and are now selling watches that cost €70 to make with €10 movements for €400 and those with €50 movements for €1000.

Their designs are gaudy and not at all Italian stylish/european chic.
