I sadly know that feel and this autumn I'm being quite conscious about that because I have noticed a lot of hair that has fallen.

I also have thin hair and there isn't too much density too, so I'm also worried about the amount of scalp that is visible, since on the top of the hair, near the part, you can see too much skin.

But I still don't want to recognise that it may be balding signs and I have started to eat better, with more iron and vitamins in my diet (will try brewer's yeast with the hope of some kind of improvment, as I have read that it also may make hair thicker)
