I wake up late, but that's because I also go to bed late, I'm a night person so going to bed fore 3:30AM is impossible for me, my active period starts at 19:00.
When I have to get up early I do whit no problem , but nothing beats staying at bed during the day, even when not sleeping, just staying there silently and comfy.
