If a guy is really tall, like 200cm, and he wears slacks (kenneth cole reaction, they're not d but they look/fit well nice), and the slacks are flooded maybe 4cm from the tongue/collar of his shoes (sperry top siders, for reference), how bad does that look?

Can't really take a pic as the only camera I have right now is my computer, but will if it comes down to it.

I see some guys where I work who don somewhat flooded slacks but those are obviously designer. Are flooded slacks a particularly goofy look on a tall lad? What would you say if you saw it?

Sweden. Our summer consists of about 2 days, sometimes less.
