Ok, so this one won't be green text.

I'm a manager at a Marc Jacobs store, and I hired a new employee who is like a /fa/ggot like you guys. He thinks Club Monica is couture, Rick Owens is the greatest designer ever, and it's ok to wear sweatpants if it's "really necessary." So a week passes, he's doing pretty alright, sells the clothing really well. I got a text that morning that Marc himself would come by, he's like the daddy I wished I had ;). So he comes by and I show him around, he talks with every employee and gets to know them better or at all, and the last employee just so happens to be the new guy. The new guy utterly makes an ass out of himself saying that "It's not Rick Owens, but it's somewhere." I'm pretty sure he didn't even know he was talking to THE Marc Jacobs. Marc is very nice in person and laughs things off very easily, but he was trying so hard not to have a stank face. Afterward, he looked at me and said, "That's who you hired?" The look he gave me was so intense, I swore I thought the flesh was going to melt off his face. So now I'm torn between firing the employee or giving him a long lecture and fashion sense makeover, but I don't want to give him the latter because I know he'll blow it off and not care. So yeah. fashion feels.
