Well out of those three i'd go for the Pagani. The Casio is probably too big and the Vostok is too utilitarian.
I would suggest the Casio Lineage LCW M170TD as a one and done watch, you can get it for ~200, it looks nice, it'll serve you a long time, and it has all the features you could possibly ever need.

I'm not sure it fits the 'executive meetings' criteria, and it also only has 50m of water resistance so that might seem too little at times, but the rest is there i think.

How about the older model? It only has 50m of WR but it looks more elegant. I have black PVD coated steel version and i'm enjoying it very much.
