Yes, I am. The end of the year has been very busy for me but I picked up some new stuff - the Slava transistor, the last of the five Seiko superiors with the morpho dial, and the new junghans haq radio controlled.

The Seiko 3883 was the first Superior branded Seiko quartz (and the only GFA-branded watch they've made, as far as I know, in the export version). It was to my knowledge the most precise watch in the world when released, specced at 2spm, and was the most expensive watch in seiko's catalog at the time by a decent margin. This watch has the rare "morpho"/"butterfly" dial; it's mostly green but changes color to blue or purple depending on the light or angle. The 3883 was the first of five watches branded as Superior, the others being 4883, 9481, 9681, and 9983.
