I'm 1-2 inches shorter than you iirc, 45-50kg 5'10" is god tier but that is 1% or less of the population within 2 years of my age.
They are also attractive to everyone so they come off as vain and slutty with low self esteem.

Even then if you find one of the 1% she might have the body but not a nice face - Having standards that specific can keep you lonely, there are other very attractive types.
